I thought I would try to document this process in the hope that other people will find this useful when\/if deciding to do the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What kick-started my journey to a more sustainable life?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m not sure. Perhaps it was the documentaries I watched, the Instagram accounts I follow, or going to the beach in Italy and seeing all the plastic being washed ashore. Probably a combination of all of that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m not perfect and I’m not an expert but through my research, testing, and reviews of different products, services, and companies I hope I can\u00a0make it easier for you to make your own small changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m nowhere near being zero-waste, but I’m one of those trying to make small changes in my lifestyle.
